Joined Apr 11, Messages 11, OldBrewer is correct - though actually Excel does a great job of fitting just about any curve to any data! The trick is to understand what curve is telling you - unless you just want rsponse to look pretty when it doesnt matter!
Seriously, assuming a Logistic Sigmoidal Response is a defined function in the context of your work then you need to define the constants in such a way that the differences between the curve and your data are minimised. Unfortunately at this point I get stuck as you are into a much more serious piece of mathematics than is appropriate here or that Ucrve capable of resolving for you.
